1How do I add Pulse to my server?
Click the invite link on our homepage or dashboard. You'll be taken to Discord's authorization page — simply select your server and click "Add to Discord". Pulse will join instantly and be ready to use.
2What's the difference between plans?
Free gives you music playback on 1 server. Pro unlocks unlimited servers, all audio effects, live radio, persistent queues, custom playlists, and crossfade. Premium adds priority support and early access to new features on top of Pro. Diamond includes everything in Premium plus VIP support, a custom bot status, an exclusive Discord role, and early beta access.
3How do I upgrade my plan?
Log in to your dashboard using Discord. From there, navigate to your plan card and click "Upgrade Plan". Select the plan you'd like and you'll be taken to a secure Stripe checkout page. Your plan activates immediately after payment.
4Can I use a trial token?
Yes! If you have a trial token, log in to your dashboard and look for the "Redeem Token" card in the right sidebar. Enter your token in the format XXXX-XXXX-XXXX and click Redeem. Your plan will be upgraded instantly if the token is valid.
5How do I get help?
